Dream Work
Dream Work uses gentle waking dreams to help your mind release stuck emotions and old patterns. The imagery is calm, sometimes quirky, and always meaningful. You stay aware the whole time, understanding what your mind is clearing. Most clients awake feeling lighter, rested, and deeply refreshed.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize and reshape unhelpful thoughts and patterns. Together, we build practical tools that support clearer thinking, healthier reactions, and a more grounded, fulfilling daily life.
Emotional Freedom TechnquieÂ
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) use gentle tapping and focused awareness to release emotional blocks and shift old patterns. This method helps reduce stress, ease past experiences, soften resistance, and support clearer, more grounded emotional well-being.
About
I didn’t come to this work from a straight path. I grew up navigating an abusive childhood, religious trauma, and the kind of poverty that carves itself into the nervous system. For a long time, I believed I was a lost cause. What I didn’t know then was that the very experiences I was trying to survive would one day become the foundation of my sensitivity, intuition, and ability to understand people on a deeper level.
That lived experience shapes everything I do. It helps me see patterns quickly, recognize emotional truths beneath the surface, and support clients with a level of empathy that can’t be taught in a classroom.

Professionally, I am a multi-certified Hypnotherapist (CMH, CHt) with the American Hypnosis Association and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH) with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I’m continuing my education in Mind-Body Psychology and have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Dream Work, and IEMT.

These modalities blend together to create a grounded, integrative approach that supports emotional wellness, resilience, and meaningful change. Sessions are individualized, practical, and centered around what you need to feel more rooted, steady, and connected to yourself.
Most importantly, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or prove your pain. A space where your inner world is met with respect, curiosity, and care. Whether we end up working together is something only you can decide. My role is simply to show up with clarity, honesty, and the tools to help you shift your life from the inside out.
