My Approach
I am a multi-certified Hypnotherapist (CMH, CHt) with the American Hypnosis Association and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH) with the National Guild of Hypnotists. Currently continuing my education with a degree in Mind-Body Psychology, I have built a strong foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). These modalities integrate seamlessly with clinical hypnotherapy, allowing me to provide results-oriented sessions tailored to individual needs. My approach combines evidence-based methodologies with mind-body interventions to support emotional wellness, resilience, and lasting change.
