Professionally, I am a multi-certified Hypnotherapist (CMH, CHt) with the American Hypnosis Association and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH) with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I’m continuing my education in Mind-Body Psychology and have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Dream Work.
These modalities blend together to create a grounded, integrative approach that supports emotional wellness, resilience, and meaningful change. Sessions are individualized, practical, and centered around what you need to feel more rooted, steady, and connected to yourself.
