If you’re curious or want help with a specific issue, a single session is a great place to start. If you’re ready to build momentum or work with longer-standing patterns, the 3- or 6-session packages offer more space for lasting change.
Do I need experience with hypnosis for this to work?
No experience is needed. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state that most people enter easily. You’ll remain aware, in control, and able to engage throughout the session.
Will I remember what happens during hypnosis?
Yes. Most clients remain aware and remember the session clearly, often describing it as deeply relaxing and insightful.
